PuzzleWorks Accessibility and Accommodations

PuzzleWorks wants our rooms to be enjoyed by players of all ages, experience levels and abilities. While certain elements of rooms cannot be changed, we will do our best to accommodate any request for adjustments so that anyone can play. Below, you’ll find information about accessibility in each of our rooms. If you have questions about a specific room or would like to make a request, please call us at (651) 756-8104.

The Vault:

  • Wheelchair accessible? Unfortunately not due to a raised entry.

  • Flashing lights? None!

  • Color-based puzzles? Yes.

  • Sound elements? None!

The Hospital:

  • Wheelchair accessible? Yes!

  • Flashing lights? None!

  • Color-based puzzles? Yes.

  • Sound elements? There are several elements that rely on sound, but a workaround is available.

The Dungeon:

  • Wheelchair accessible? Yes, however there is one puzzle that requires a player to walk up stairs.

  • Flashing lights? There are some flashing light effects.

  • Color-based puzzles? Yes.

  • Sound elements? None!

Loose Sleuth:

  • Wheelchair accessible? Yes, however there is one section of the room that requires at least one player to enter an area that is not wheelchair accessible.

  • Flashing lights? None!

  • Color-based puzzles? Yes.

  • Sound elements? None! 

Nightmare at the Museum:

  • Wheelchair accessible? Unfortunately not due to narrow turns/passageways.

  • Flashing lights? There are some flashing light effects.

  • Color-based puzzles? Yes.

  • Sound elements? There are several elements that rely on sound, but a workaround is available.

The Anomaly:

  • Wheelchair accessible? Yes!

  • Flashing lights? There are some flashing light effects.

  • Color-based puzzles? Yes.

  • Sound elements? None!
